PathLife is a social platform designed as a private sanctuary for you to connect intimately with your closest circle. We provide chronological timelines, status updates, real-time background location tracks, geofencing nodes, and interactive spatiotemporal behavioral telemetry to facilitate authentic, real-world connections.

We reserve the absolute right to modify, suspend, update, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice, for system improvements, background performance optimizations, server migrations, security integrity, or legal compliance.

To foster a safe, premium, and exclusive spatiotemporal tracking environment, you must agree to the following commitments:

You agree not to utilize PathLife to:

• Upload, share, transmit, or promote content that is illegal under Indonesian or global laws, fraudulent, discriminatory, threatening, abusive, or constitutes harassment and hate speech.
• Upload sexually explicit content, pornography, or child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any such violations will result in immediate, irrevocable, permanent account deletion and reporting to the relevant law enforcement authorities, in strict compliance with Google Play Developer Policies and Indonesian UU ITE regulations.
• Use bots, crawlers, scrapers, automators, or other unauthorized automated tools to access the Service or extract database parameters.
• Distribute viruses, trojans, malware, spyware, or other malicious software scripts designed to compromise device performance or bypass security firewalls.
• Infringe upon or violate the intellectual property, copyright, trademark, or patent rights of others.

We reserve the absolute right (but carry no active monitoring obligation) to review, flag, mask, or permanently remove any content or user account that we believe, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms, Google Play Developer Policies, or applicable local and global laws.

We may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account authentication credentials at any time, with or without notice, if you repeatedly infringe other users’ intellectual copyrights, trigger platform security firewall alarms, or create regulatory or legal liabilities for PathLife.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We make no representations or guarantees that PathLife will always be safe, secure, or free from operational bugs, or that it will function continuously without interruptions, network latency, or server lag.

To the absolute maximum extent permitted under applicable laws, PathLife, its developers, founders, investors, or executives shall not be liable for any lost profits, revenues, coordinate data, or financial losses, or any indirect, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages resulting from user actions, hacking incidents, or physical security breaches.

We reserve the right to update, amend, or rewrite these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy at any time, in our sole discretion, without prior notice.

Any amendments will be posted publicly with an updated version timestamp. Your continued access or use of the platform after such amendments have been published constitutes your explicit, binding, and irrevocable agreement to the modified terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must immediately close your account.

These Terms, their interpretation, performance, and any disputes arising out of them, shall be governed strictly and exclusively by the Laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Any arbitration, legal action, or judicial dispute arising between you and PathLife shall be submitted exclusively to the jurisdiction of the **Central Jakarta District Court (Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat)**.
